Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of back-end development and database management.
• Hands-on experience with popular databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Proven ability in API development and integration — building reliable connections between different systems.
• Solid understanding of server-side architecture, data flow, and scalability.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Experience with automation and workflow tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for hosting and scaling applications.
• Competence in security best practices for handling sensitive data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong written grammar and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
