Key responsibilities

• The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for the following duties:
• Visiting the market daily to sell company products
• Identifying, sourcing, and acquiring new customers
• Promoting and selling product to retailers and end customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Collecting customer orders and ensuring timely product delivery
• Ensuring proper product display in the market
• Collecting payments and submitting them in line with company procedures
• Preparing and submitting sales reports (daily and weekly)
• Handling customer complaints and providing feedback to management
• Participating in sales promotions and marketing campaigns
• Adhering to company policies and work ethics
