Mission of the Role
- It all starts with people. People like you. Join us a Painting Operator. You will play an essential role in the enhancement of production in the Taper Bit Plant.
Your Mission:
- Carry out the painting of taper bits in accordance with established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the paint booth and associated equipment.
- Operate the Roto Blast machine safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the assembly of bits and perform related tasks as required.
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Your Profile:
- Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10
- Knowledge of safety standards.
- Medically fit to work in dusty / paint environment.
- Good understanding of TRACC(5S)
- Previous experience in similar environment would be an advantage.
- Be willing to work shifts or prescribed overtime as and when required.
