Momentum Metropolitan is offering an exciting internship opportunity for Employee Engagement Internships 2025.
Role Purpose
The Employee Engagement Intern will assist with coordinating and executing employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and events to enhance the employee experience. This is a dynamic role supporting the Employee Engagement team in communication, stakeholder engagement, and operational activities across the organisation.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications (preferred)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Advantageous:
- Copywriting experience across platforms
- Basic design skills (e.g., Adobe tools)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communication
- Provide admin support across all internal communications
- Collate content for monthly welcome and vacancy mailers
- Manage internal mailboxes and responses
- Upload communication content to intranet platforms (Quest, Momentum Investments, Singular)
- Assist with writing, editing, proofreading, and sourcing content
- Create personalised welcome messages and certificates
- Support design, print collateral, and well-being campaign planning
Events
- Coordinate Momentum Investments events and activations
- Manage venue bookings, RSVP lists, branding, and onsite logistics
- Assist with webinars, including technical runs, support, and post-event reporting
- Draft agendas, manage name tags, and assist with internal marketing collateral
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors
- Liaise regularly with the HC team to align on communication and events
General Support
- Provide hands-on support at events and campaigns
- Manage competition logistics, collateral distribution, and gift coordination
- Oversee the HC calendar and help manage monthly photo shoots
- Edit, store, and publish video/photo content on internal platforms
Reporting
- Monitor and report on SharePoint, MS Streams, and other internal communication platforms
- Compile data for QBR, EXCO reports, and engagement analytics
- Track expenses and provide reporting per campaign or initiative
