HomeChoice, a trusted South African homeware retailer with over 40 years of experience, is offering a 12-month Business Administration Learnership for young individuals eager to kick-start their careers in the retail and administrative sectors.
As a Business Administration Learner, you will gain hands-on experience in record management, time management, ethics, teamwork, cultural awareness, and understanding business policies in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Learn
During the learnership, you will:
- Collaborate on improving administrative systems
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Enhance organisational efficiency
- Support the administrative department
- Recognise and manage fraud risks in the office
- Apply effective time management practices
- Build cultural awareness and promote inclusivity
What You’ll Need to Qualify
To be eligible, you must:
- Have completed Matric (Grade 12) between 2022 and 2024
- Have passed with at least 50% in Mathematics, Math Literacy, English Home Language, and First Additional Language
- Be currently unemployed
- Be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Be punctual, disciplined, and reliable
- Have strong communication skills and basic computer literacy
