REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12. Call Centre Support/Contact Centre and/or Business Process Support Certificate. Fully Bi-Lingual (Afrikaans/English), and one local language, viz., IsiZulu or Sesotho, will be an added advantage. Computer Literate.
- Excellent communication, telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Passionate, motivated, and friendly individual. Attention to detail, office management, and excellent administration skills.
- Knowledge of the Midvaal Local Municipality and municipal area will be a strong recommendation. 2 years of relevant experience in call centre/customer service or similar pressurised environment dealing with complaints and inquiries will be an added advantage
DUTIES
- Provide a comprehensive call centre agent function related to receiving and dispatching calls, registering complaints, and providing feedback to customers. Reach and exceed goals set by the municipality.
- Enhance customer service experience in a professional and polite manner. Ensure compliance with the municipality’s service charter and turn-around times on complaints.
- Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management from time to time.
