Deloitte’s Africa Talent division, in collaboration with Deloitte Netherlands, is offering a unique opportunity for recent graduates to join its Tax Graduate Programme for 2026. This programme is designed to integrate graduates into a professional career in international tax advisory—offering training, mentorship, and cross-border client exposure.

About Africa Talent

Africa Talent is a standalone division of Deloitte that connects Sub-Saharan African talent with international opportunities. Graduates are based in Africa but work remotely on high-impact projects across Africa and Europe, ensuring professional growth with global exposure while staying local.

Programme Highlights

  • 4-month intensive training period led by Deloitte’s international tax teams
  • On successful completion, graduates are hired into full-time Tax Junior Consultant roles

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Commerce with Law
    • Accounting
    • Economics
    • or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Tax (Honours level)

Preferred Attributes:

  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual/remote teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
