What You’ll Do as a Graduate in Training
You will receive vocational training and on-the-job learning in various departments, helping you build the foundational skills for a successful career. Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing operational efficiency and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitoring and improving order management and delivery performance
- Participating in regular training sessions and company meetings
- Collaborating across business areas to implement process improvements
