Who Should Apply?

South African citizens with:

  • A BA or BCom degree in:
    • Finance / Accounting
    • Human Resources
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Health & Safety
    • Marketing & Communication
  • A minimum academic average of 65%
  • No more than 2 years of post-study working experience
  • A growth mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

What You’ll Do as a Graduate in Training

You will receive vocational training and on-the-job learning in various departments, helping you build the foundational skills for a successful career. Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing operational efficiency and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitoring and improving order management and delivery performance
  • Participating in regular training sessions and company meetings
  • Collaborating across business areas to implement process improvements

Programme Exposure Areas

You will be placed in one of the following business functions:

  • Corporate Marketing & Communication – Branding, events, internal communication
  • Supply Chain / Logistics – Trade, transport, procurement operations
  • Human Resources – Talent management, payroll, learning & development
  • Finance / Accounting – Business controlling, accounts payable
  • Occupational Health & Safety – Workplace safety, wellness campaigns
  • Information Technology / Systems – Tech support, systems administration
