Airports Company South Africa was formed in 1993 as a public company and, although majority owned by the South African Government, is legally and financially autonomous and operates under commercial law.
Airports Company SA (ACSA): Fire and Rescue Operations (NQF 5) and General Security Practices (NQF 3) Learnerships 2025.
ACSA’s Learnership Programme is a gateway to careers in the aviation and transport sector. It offers practical and theoretical training over a period of up to 18 months, helping you gain critical skills for employment.
Successful learners will receive:
- A nationally recognised qualification (NQF 5 or NQF 3)
- A monthly stipend
- Hands-on experience with 70% practical work and 30% classroom training
Available Learnerships
- Further Education & Training Certificate: Fire and Rescue Operations (NQF 5)
- National Certificate: General Security Practices (NQF 3)
Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Be unemployed
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Be medically and physically fit (Fire & Rescue Learnership)
- Have no criminal record
