Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Management, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or any other related field
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in the ICT field
- Strong skills in Configurations and troubleshooting of Mikro Tik devices and wireless networking systems.
- Fluent in both English nd Swahili.
Responsibilities
- Assists in managing server operating Systems.
- Assists in managing and maintaining networks.
- Manages server operating Systems.
- Troubleshoots hardware/software problems
- Oversees System Management and Network Management.
- Deals with clients’ queries on the phone and resolve /advice the solution.
- Handling customer care issues
- Assists clients in solving and using ICT resources to solve technical issues Performs any other duties assigned by one’s supervisor
