Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. This role ensures timely payment from clients and maintains accurate financial records.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of accounting, Banking and finance
2. 0-2yrs experience in accounts a similar financial role
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong organizational and time management abilities
7. Attention to detail and accuracy
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for Smartphone Sales
• Cash collection reconciliation
• Monitor accounts & Hub/Shops to identify non-compliance concerns
• Communicate with Customers regarding outstanding balances via phone and email
• Follow up with customers payment
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain accurate collection client information and statements
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies
• Correct revenue allocation
• Ensuring all related SOPs are followed
