JOB PURPOSE

Rhodium Personnel Management is recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm for the position of Accounting & Debt Collection Officer. This role involves managing client accounts, debt collection, TRA returns filing, and other accounting responsibilities.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing financial records and client accounts
  • Debt collection and follow-up for clients
  • Preparing and filing TRA returns accurately and on time
  • Handling billing, invoicing, and receipts for clients
  • Reconciling bank statements and accounts
  • Preparing financial reports and statements for management
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
  • Supporting audits and compliance requirements
  • Performing other accounting tasks as required by the law firm

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA qualification is required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and integrity
