Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transfer Driver, based in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. The Transfer Driver will be responsible for transporting clients safely and comfortably between various destinations, including airports, hotels, and safari locations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, adhering to road safety regulations, assisting guests with luggage, and providing friendly, professional customer service during all transfers

Qualifications

• Proficient driving skills and a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Tanzanian roadways, routes, and traffic regulations
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to assist and communicate effectively with guests
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to ensure safety and reliability
• Professional demeanor and punctuality
• Fluency in English and Swahili; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
